This Thursday night from 5:30-10:30pm PST, Sinespace is proud to co-host a major in-world event: The grand opening of Miro Shot HQ, the official virtual world headquarters of multimedia collective Miro Shot. Acclaimed for their live concerts in immersive AR/VR that have been featured in outlets like Forbes and the BBC, Miro Shot will premiere its new music “Lifeforms” in Sinespace on an interactive dance floor --  ahead of any other medium! Here’s a teaser of what you’ll see:

For “Lifeforms”, Touch Designer processed digital footage from the Miro Shot’s experimental live audience VR concerts, recording sessions and archival content to generate visible particles, cells and veins. These ‘sticky’ graphics demonstrate how computer vision systems refine images by capturing light and texture for surface mapping, then turn these data points into edges, colors and distinguishing characteristics.
